What we collect
When you apply through this page, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, work experience, availability, and anything you add in the notes field. We use it only to review your application and contact you about work with WNC Construction.
Advertising measurement (Meta)
This page is reached through Facebook/Instagram ads, so we use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure how those ads perform. When you submit an application, a "Lead" event is reported to Meta Platforms, Inc. so we can tell which ad brought you here (measurement) and so Meta can show the ads to people more likely to be a good fit (ad optimization).
What is shared with Meta
The report may include technical identifiers (your IP address, browser type, and Meta's browser/click cookies) and hashed — scrambled, not directly readable — versions of your name, email, and phone number so Meta can match the event to the ad click. We never send your application answers or notes.
Visitors in consent-required regions
If you visit from a region whose laws require consent for advertising cookies (such as the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland), this tracking is turned off automatically and nothing is sent to Meta.
Your choices
You can opt out of Meta's ad personalization at any time in your Facebook ad preferences, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies. To ask us to correct or delete your application information, reach out through the contact method provided on this site.
